SEAN-CSO: Equipping CSOs with AI Innovations for P/CVE in Southeast Asia
For 10 years, SEAN-CSO has empowered civil society organisations (CSOs) across Southeast Asia to prevent and counter violent extremism (P/CVE). We build a safer, more peaceful region through shared knowledge and collaborative action. In 2026, we are pioneering the ethical use of AI to tackle online hate and equip regional peacebuilders with practical digital tools.
The program includes 5 webinars, starting 8th september - 26 oct, and continued with the hybrid workshop in Bandung from 3rd - 6th Nov 2026.

What is P/CVE and
How Does It Work?
P/CVE aims to prevent and counter violent extremism. By understanding the root causes and implementing effective strategies, we can stop people from joining extremist groups. Additionally, we can build resilient communities to support the reintegration and rehabilitation of those involved in extremism, helping them return to society as productive members.
